We accept returns, exchanges, and cancellations, but please note that refunds to the original payment source are not available. If you would like a different size or product, simply request an exchange. We’ll arrange a doorstep pickup, and once the item passes our quality check, the amount will be credited to your registered Miakee Wallet. Notify us within 3 days of delivery to initiate a return or exchange.

Note: For hygiene reasons, swimwear and intimate wear are not eligible for returns or exchanges.

Once an order is placed and processed, it cannot be cancelled or modified. If you need to make any changes, please notify us within 24 hours of placing the order. After this period, modifications or cancellations will not be possible as the order will be in production.

We offer multiple payment options, including credit/debit cards, UPI, net banking, and bank transfers.Cash on Delivery (COD) is available in selected areas of Kolkata.

Express shipping via Blue Dart is available once your order is ready to ship, subject to serviceability in your area. Shipping charges are borne by the customer. It costs a minimum of Rs. 550 and varies based on package weight.
