How do I find the right size for me?
To find your perfect fit, please check our detailed size guide available on every product page. It includes body measurements for bust, waist, hips to help you select the size that suits you best.
What is your return or exchange policy?
We accept returns, exchanges, and cancellations, but please note that refunds to the original payment source are not available. If you would like a different size or product, simply request an exchange. We’ll arrange a doorstep pickup, and once the item passes our quality check, the amount will be credited to your registered Miakee Wallet. Notify us within 7 days of delivery to initiate a return or exchange.
Note: For hygiene reasons, swimwear and intimate wear are not eligible for returns or exchanges.
How long will my order take to arrive?
Ready-to-ship items are dispatched within 24-48 working hours. For non-ready-to-ship items, we will take 12-14 working days for dispatch. Delivery usually takes 2-5 working days after dispatch, depending on your location.Taxes and duties are included in the product price for all domestic orders.
Note: We operate Monday to Friday, from 10:30 AM to 7:00 PM.
Can I modify or cancel my order after placing it?
You can modify or cancel your order anytime before it is dispatched. The refunded amount will be credited to your Miakee wallet.
What payment methods do you accept?
We offer multiple payment options, including credit/debit cards, UPI, net banking, and bank transfers.Cash on Delivery (COD) is available in selected areas of Kolkata.
Do you offer express delivery?
Express shipping via Blue Dart is available once your order is ready to ship, subject to serviceability in your area. Shipping charges are borne by the customer. It costs a minimum of Rs. 550 and varies based on package weight.
