Shipping Policy

Free Shipping

Miakee offers free shipping on all orders! Orders are typically shipped within 12-14 working days after placement.

Domestic Shipping (Within India)

Our warehouse operates Monday to Friday, and orders are dispatched within 2-3 working days for ready-to-ship items.

Delivery takes 2-5 working days after dispatch, depending on your location.

Taxes and duties are included in the product price for domestic orders

Express Shipping: Charges for express shipping will be borne by the customer.

International Shipping

Miakee ships internationally via various agents/shipping partners.

Shipping charges are calculated automatically based on the weight of the order and the destination country during checkout.

International orders are dispatched within 12-14 working days, and it takes another 7-10 working days for the order to reach the destination.

No Exchange, Refund, or Return: International orders are not eligible for exchange, refund, or return.

Express Shipping: Charges for express shipping will be borne by the customer.

Import Duties and Taxes:These are the responsibility of the recipient. Miakee cannot estimate or control these charges.

Paid Shipping

Paid shipping applies only to PIN codes serviced by our logistics partners.

If your PIN code is unserviceable, non-registered, or incorrect, additional shipping charges will apply. Our team will contact you before dispatching your order.

Out of Stock Items

If an outfit is sold out, the amount will be credited back to the original source of payment (e.g., credit card, bank account, etc.).

Returns, Exchanges, and Cancellations No Refunds

The amount will be credited to your Miakee wallet (linked to your registered email ID).

Wallet funds are valid for 6 months from the date of deposit.

Returns and Exchanges (Domestic Orders Only)

Must be requested within 7 days of delivery/.

Items like swimwear, lingerie, and accessories cannot be returned or exchanged due to hygiene reasons.

Returns/exchanges are limited to two instances per purchase.

Courier Charges: For exchanges or Return to Origin (RTO), courier charges will be borne by the customer.

Exchange Process

The purchase amount (excluding shipping) is credited to your wallet after the returned item is received and inspected by our Quality & Control team.

The exchange item is dispatched only after the original order is received and passes inspection.

Wallet Funds

Funds expire after 6 months and become non-retrievable.

You will receive an email confirmation once the amount is credited to your wallet.

Product Guidelines

Refer to the size chart for accurate sizing. Slight variations (1-3 cm) may occur due to manual measurements.

Colors may differ slightly from website images due to lighting, editing, or other factors.

Minor issues like stray threads are not considered defects.

In case of rare defects, Miakee will replace the product.

Dispatch and Delivery Responsibility

Miakee is not responsible for any issues after the product is dispatched from our warehouse.

Loss of courier parcels or mishandling by the courier partner will not be borne by Miakee.

Miakee is not accountable for delays caused by:

Unforeseen weather conditions

Force majeure

Custom clearance processes

Courier company delays
