Shipping Policy

SHIPPING POLICY

At Miakee we offer free shipping on all orders! Orders are usually shipped within a generic time frame of 12-14 working days after placement.

Our warehouse dispatches orders on all 5 working days from Monday to Friday, and it takes another 2 - 5 working days for the order to reach you based on location provided in the given order. All our ready to ship items are dispatched in 2-3 working days.

We are not to be held accountable for any unforeseen weather conditions, force majeure, custom clearance processes, and Courier Company caused delay in the delivery time.

Note: Paid shipping is ONLY applicable to PIN codes that are serviced by our logistics partners. In the case that your PIN code is unserviceable/ non-registered/ incorrect, an additional shipping charge will apply to your order. Our team will get in touch with you and inform you of the same before dispatching your order.

International Shipping is also being offered by Miakee! We are capable of shipping internationally via different agents/ shipping partners. The shipping charges will be on actuals and depend on your country of purchase and order volume & weight and will be calculated at checkout. It requires 14-18 working days for International Orders to reach the given destination after they have been shipped. Miakee cannot be held responsible for any parcel that is not collected by the consignee.

All shipping expenses for Dispatch and Returns/Exchanges on International Orders will be borne by the Customer.

All orders ship from India. Any import duties and taxes charged when the parcel reaches the destination country, must be paid by the recipient. We cannot estimate the value of duties and have no control over these charges as customs policies vary from country to country. If you have questions related to custom charges please contact your local customs office.For all domestic orders (within India) taxes and duties have already been included in the product price.

The amount will be credited to the Miakee wallet on the customer’s registered mail ID to use at their convenience within a period of 6 Months from the deposit.

Returns and Exchanges can be processed only if we are notified within 7 days of delivery.

Items such as swimwear, lingerie & accessories cannot be exchanged and returned due to hygiene reasons.

In case of exchanges:

The purchase amount will only be credited to your Miakee wallet after we receive the goods and have been checked by our Quality & Control Check Department.

The exchange item can only be dispatched once we receive the original order and it passes the screening from our Quality & Check department.

Returns and Exchange for any purchase can only happen twice.

In case you do not wish to exchange the bought items with the same item, we credit the purchase amount excluding the shipping amount to your Wallet which can be used.

Please have a closer look at our size chart to choose your correct fit. We also provide assistance regarding the same. In case required, please confirm your size before purchasing. There might be 1-3 CM errors due to manual measurements.

There might be a slight colour variation between the actual product and image shown on the screen due to photoshoot lighting. Images on the website may have a 3-5% difference from the actual product due to certain factors like editing, sunlight etc.

While we try to send you pristine products, in case of a rare defect rest assured we’ll replace it for you.

Please note that some stray threads can be fixed by hand and hence will not be considered as a defect.

  • The funds deposited in the wallet are accessible for a period of 6 Months from the date of deposit.
  • After the span of 6 Months, any remaining funds in the wallet will expire and become Non-retrievable.
  • It is the responsibility of the user to utilise the wallet funds within the designated time frame.
