We accept returns, exchanges, and cancellations, but please note that refunds to the original payment source are not available. If you would like a different size or product, simply request an exchange. We’ll arrange a doorstep pickup, and once the item passes our quality check, the amount will be credited to your registered Miakee Wallet. Notify us within 7 days of delivery to initiate a return or exchange.
Note: For hygiene reasons, swimwear and intimate wear are not eligible for returns or exchanges.
Ready-to-ship items are dispatched within 24-48 working hours. For non-ready-to-ship items, we will take 12-14 working days for dispatch. Delivery usually takes 2-5 working days after dispatch, depending on your location.Taxes and duties are included in the product price for all domestic orders.

Express shipping via Blue Dart is available once your order is ready to ship, subject to serviceability in your area. Shipping charges are borne by the customer. It costs a minimum of Rs. 550 and varies based on package weight.
